Dr. Gary Moskovitz is a spine surgeon and Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon who specializes in surgical treatment of neck and back trauma. He sub-specializes in minimally invasive outpatient surgery.
Dr. Moskovitz has served as the president of the Medical Staff, Chairman of the Department of Surgery and Chief of Orthopedic Surgery at Morton Plant Hospital. During his term as the Chief, Morton Plant Hospital was selected as one of the Top 100 Orthopedic Hospitals out of 6000 nationwide.
Dr. Moskovitz has been listed as one of the Top Surgeons in America, 4 years in a row. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons.
Dr. Moskotitz earned his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Toronto. He trained in orthopedic surgery and completed his spine surgery fellowship at McMaster University.
Dr. Moskovitz is involved in research, development of new spine surgery methods and has lectured and taught hundreds of orthopedic surgeons and neurosurgeons on latest surgical techniques throughout the country and internationally.
Dr. Moskovitz has been honored to care for many physicians, nurses and their families. He has lived in Florida since 1992, is married with three children.
